Contract settlements
Settlement of a labor contract. The employee and the period of the labor relationship are registered here; on save the system reads the trial balance by third party and brings every liability still owed to that employee (severance pay, interest on severance pay, service bonus, holidays and any other provision that was never paid to the managing entity). Choose which concepts to pay, account the settlement to consolidate them into a single account payable to the employee, and cancel that debt with one or several payment receipts.

| Fecha | Accrual date, in the case of an invoice it is the purchase date |
| Start date of the labor relationship | Billing period start date |
| End date of the labor relationship | Date on which the labor relationship ends. The balances owed are read up to this date |
| Indemnity | Compensation agreed for terminating the labor contract. Unlike the rest of the settlement it is not read from any report: it is filled in by hand |
