Field Description
Confirmed Indicates if the person was contacted and confirms their attendance at the appointment. The system marks this field when you send text messages and emails to remember the appointment. This functionality must be activated from configuration
Assisted Indicates whether the person attended the appointment. The system marks this field when an invoice is registered
Attended Hour of attention, is used for calculate waiting time. Indicates if the person was really attended. The system automatically places you when you register an Evolution in the clinical record
