Field	Description
Name	A short description for the appointment, generally is the customer's name
Observations
Start date	Start datetime for the appointment
End date	End datetime for the appointment
User transaction	Person who created the record. This field is placed by the system according to the user in session and can not be modified even by the administrators
Creation date	Date and time the record was created, the system places it and can not be modified
