Etapas do lead
User-editable stages of the leads kanban/funnel, with a color from
the shared palette (base_model_s/core/colors.py). Plain models.Model in
the tenant database, same reasoning as GoujanaLeadFollowUp above.
'new' is the only system row (the fallback stage for leads without a
follow-up row) — renameable/recolorable but not deletable.
