Extraordinary Bonuses

An amount of money added to wages on a seasonal basis, especially as a reward for good performance, this bonus are join with bonuses per group and bonuses per employee. This means that if the same bonus is assigned in the group or in the employee, payment will be repeated. If a bonus is paid to all members of the same position, it is better to assign the bonus in the position/role and not per employee.
