Benefits and Labor Taxes
Benefits are all deductions and appropriations that have these characteristic:
- Are legal expenses that employee and or employer must to cause EVERY payroll.
- The value is in relation with salary gain.
- Is paid in every payroll or accumulated by several periods and pay in certain months.
Deductions:
- Benefits that are paid in part or in total by employee. Like: securities, health care, taxes.
Appropriations:
- Benefits that are paid by employer. Like: securities by labor risks, social securities, pensions, etc.
Pay in months:
- Some benefits are accumulated by several periods before pay. Here you can to determine the months to pay
it.
